This is always a sold-out event, with a waiting list to retain your table; all money must be received by September 15, 2008. After that date, all tables that are unpaid will be given to the next paid business on the waiting list. To assure you don't lose your table, we are suggesting that you submit payment now. Checks should be made payable to the Lehigh Acres Chamber of Commerce and sent to Vicki Z. Culver, 9 Homestead Road North, Lehigh Acres, FL 33936. Our Pay-Pal is also available on line.
Please keep in mind the following:
· Literature and/or handouts are good business. Plan ahead for your printing needs.
· People attending the Trade Shows like to go away with "goodies" from the businesses.
· Consider inexpensive advertising giveaways such as pens/pencils, stickers, note pads, key chains, etc.
· Prize Drawings attract people; each exhibitor will provide a prize and a container for business cards & 'entry forms. Drawing for these prizes will be at the conclusion of the show.
· This takes the place of our normal Business After Hours. It will be open to the general public at no charge. Chamber members will pay the normal $5.00 admission fee, which will entitle them to beer, wine, food and prize drawings. Participating Businesses will receive (2) two free admissions per session.
· There is NO SMOKING in the building
· Tables will be approximately 8'long. Each table will have 2 chairs. You must supply your own table covering.
· You may start setting up at 11:00 am the day of the show. Please plan to be completely set up by no later than 2:00 pm.
· After the show, you are responsible for cleaning your table and surrounding area. You may not begin breaking down your display until after the show closes. Breakdown must be done by 9:00 pm.
